Dr. Barbara Sturm - VIP Concierge Lead

The VIP Concierge Lead at Dr. Barbara Sturm is responsible for actively building relationships with our STURM Privé clients on our .COM and driving sales. You will lead by example through a proactive sales approach combined with excellence and consistency of service to STURM Privé clients. The role involves creating lasting customer relationships with both new and existing clients. Most importantly, you will provide exceptional service levels to ensure that our customers enjoy the best shopping experience end-to-end, their personal skincare routines and product advice.

 

Main Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with our most loyal customers, to ensure they enjoy a first class experience and they feel part of the Sturm family
  • Consistently exceed customer and company expectations and take initiative to constantly raise the level of service you provide
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude in every situation, meeting the needs of the most demanding customers at all times
  • Be responsible for all aspects of your customer orders; providing a dedicated point of contact and thorough after-sale support, creating an exceptional customer experience.
  • Resolve any escalated customers’ issues as necessary - always turn negative/difficult customer feedback into a positive outcome and deliver a personalised shopping experience to every contact within agreed SLAs
  • Ensure prompt and consistent follow-up of introduction of new high potential clients, introducing to the STURM Privé program and representing the brand as the client’s point of contact
  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive brand awareness, sales and customer experience and take initiative to research potential individual clients to strategically target and increase their spend
  • Ensure prompt follow up activity with customers acquired through Client Experience events to build lasting relationships
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with other departments; attend weekly Sturm Customer Workshops, share customer feedback, provide suggestions and support new business initiatives
  • View all contacts as a potential sales opportunity, taking the initiative to close sales
  • Observe at all times client confidentiality and company policies for data protection and security
  • Work together with the Customer Service team, be flexible to support the needs of the business during peak-times and demanding situations

 


The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 Yrs Experience in the luxury Industry, preferably in skincare
  • Proven track record of meeting KPIs and delivering targets
  • Self-motivated and sales driven
  • Proven experience of building and managing a personal book of clients
  • Extensive knowledge and passion for luxury skincare
  • Excellent communication skills, specifically with regard to building relationships with customers.
  • A confident networker with a resourceful approach and natural ability to seek out opportunities to further engage with HNW clients
  • Comfortable with distance management
  • Experience with BigCommerce or Freshdesk is a plus
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint

JOB TITLE: Aesthetician

DETAILS: 40 Hours/5 Days - full time, permanent, variable shifts

REPORTING TO: Boutique and Spa Manager

                                          

Job description:

 We are looking for a passionate Aesthetician to deliver exceptional service in the area of skin care and wellness services, achieve sales targets within our rapidly evolving luxury skincare company and offer outstanding customer service. Candidates will demonstrate proven ability to professionally conduct all aspects of facial treatments as well as confidently offer product recommendations and skin care advice. Within the role of a Skin Specialist/ Aesthetician you will provide a tailored, personalised service to our customers in order to achieve services and product sales goals, whilst ensuring each customer has a unique and luxurious experience. You will be working very closely with your Boutique and Spa Manager and team, as well as Head of Education to perform an outstanding facial experience from start to end. If you have a genuine love for luxury skin care, are treatment and sales focused and are looking for a progressive career within the Beauty Industry, then this could be the perfect role for you!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Examine and analyze client’s skin to evaluate skin conditions and provide skin care recommendations
  • Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team sales objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
  • Confidently offer and conduct consultations and Dr. Sturm facial treatments to all customers (including high profile customers)
  • Able to recommend and sell all products.
  • Participate in and help organize store events, designed to promote brand image and awareness and to maximize sales.
  • Be a true ambassador of the brand and contribute to a strong culture and environment

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Proven both spa and retail experience
  • A state-issued aesthetician license within the corresponding state
  • Ability to provide genuine and personalized treatments, as well as recommend and sell products
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Confidence and discretion a must.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early and late shifts, weekends & bank holidays
  • Advanced knowledge of beauty products
  • Extensive experience of spa policies, use of treatment materials and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients
  • Micro-needling and/or any other Specialty Licenses is a plus

  • Previously demonstrated successful sales experience, exceeding quota.
  • Ability to learn and utilize POS Systems, clientele tools and software.

We are actively seeking experienced and passionate Brand Ambassadors/ Sales Support with extensive sales background to join our Boutique and Spa team. This role will be part of the Boutique and Spa Team and will be responsible to support the daily needs and requirements of the business from day-to-day support for the main sales floor, to extending assistance to the spa area of the Boutique and Spa, selling, and delivering highest level of service to clients. If you have a genuine love for luxury skin care and are interested in an exciting career and challenging position with a fast -growing luxury skincare company- this job is perfect for you!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage front of house duties such as checking clients in/out while ensuring a positive and warm experience and maintaining a clean and professional environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early and late shifts, weekends & holidays.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Advanced knowledge of beauty products
  • Proven sales experience within the beauty sector
