HOW TO USE

SUPER ANTI-AGING CLEANSING CREAM: For heavy make-up removal, apply a hazelnut-sized amount of the cleanser to dry skin, massaging gently
Add lukewarm water until a milky emulsion forms, then rinse thoroughly. For lighter make-up removal and daily cleansing, wet the skin first before application.
LIP BALM: Smooth onto your lips. Apply generously after exposure to the elements.
DARKER SKIN TONES HYALURONIC SERUM: Apply a few drops of the serum evenly to your face, eye area and neck before gently patting it in. Allow full absorption before following with Dr. Barbara Sturm's FACE CREAM.
FACE CREAM: Use after cleansing the skin. Apply gently to the face, neck and décolleté as well as to delicate skin around the eyes.
FACE MASK: Apply at least 2-3 times a week, after cleansing. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes, allowing the FACE MASK to soak into the skin entirely, before taking it off with lukewarm water.
For an intensive treatment, keep it on until the FACE MASK has dried and is no longer visible before rubbing it off in gentle motions.
SUPER ANTI-AGING NIGHT CREAM: Apply to the face and neck in the evening. Suitable for all skin types.
THE BETTER B NIACINAMIDE SERUM: Apply evenly in the morning and evening to the face, neck and décolleté, in gentle tapping motions.
SUPER ANTI-AGING FACE CREAM: Apply to the face, neck and décolleté as well as to the delicate skin around the eyes.
LIFTING SERUM: The product should be used as a last step in the skincare regime. Pour one pipette length of the serum into the palm of your hand and apply it over your face.
Gently pat into your skin. Please allow five minutes for the serum to fully absorb into the skin, before applying makeup.
HYALURONIC SERUM: Apply a few drops of the serum evenly to your face, eye area and neck before gently patting it in.
ANTI-AGING BODY CREAM: Massage the ANTI-AGING BODY CREAM into your skin in circular motions until it is completely absorbed.
BALANCING TONER: Appy after cleansing, it removes residue from makeup and excess oil, while regulating the skin’s delicate pH balance that can be altered even by the alkalinity of tap water.
CLARIFYING MASK: Apply generously to cleansed skin at least twice a week. After approximately 10-15 minutes, remove the mask with lukewarm water.
THE GOOD C VITAMIN C SERUM: Place one pipette length of THE GOOD C VITAMIN C SERUM into the palm of your hand and distribute over the face using gentle tapping motions.
MOLECULAR HAIR & SCALP COMB: Comb gently from roots to ends to detangle, smooth and style hair.
SUPER ANTI-AGING NECK & DÉCOLLETÉ CREAM: Apply gently in upward movements to cleansed skin on the neck and décolleté. Use morning and evening.
SUPER ANTI-AGING EYE CREAM: Gently pat into the delicate skin around the eyes. Apply in the AM and PM.
ANTI-POLLUTION DROPS: Dispense a full pipette in the palm of your hand and apply to the face, eye, and neck area using a gentle patting motion. A few drops of the serum can be mixed with your FACE CREAM or applied undiluted.
CALMING SERUM: Place one pipette length of the serum into the palm of your hand and apply onto the face, eye area and neck, gently patting it in. To reduce skin sensitivity, use regularly in the morning and/or evening.
MAKE-UP REMOVER: Shake well and apply to a cotton pad. Gently sweep across skin to remove makeup. For heavy makeup, leave on for a few seconds, then gently wipe off.
ENZYME CLEANSER: Use 2-3 times a week as part of your daily cleansing routine. Place a coin-sized amount of powder into the palm of your hand, then add lukewarm water to work it into a gentle foam
Smooth generously over your face to create a soft foam and rinse off. If you have oily or acne-prone skin, you can use the ENZYME CLEANSER every day.
CLARIFYING FACE CREAM: Use in the morning and/or evening. Apply gently to your face, neck and décolleté as well as the delicate area around the eyes after cleansing.

HOW TO USE

SUPER ANTI-AGING CLEANSING CREAM: For heavy make-up removal, apply a hazelnut-sized amount of the cleanser to dry skin, massaging gently

Add lukewarm water until a milky emulsion forms, then rinse thoroughly. For lighter make-up removal and daily cleansing, wet the skin first before application.

LIP BALM: Smooth onto your lips. Apply generously after exposure to the elements.

DARKER SKIN TONES HYALURONIC SERUM: Apply a few drops of the serum evenly to your face, eye area and neck before gently patting it in. Allow full absorption before following with Dr. Barbara Sturm's FACE CREAM.

FACE CREAM: Use after cleansing the skin. Apply gently to the face, neck and décolleté as well as to delicate skin around the eyes.

FACE MASK: Apply at least 2-3 times a week, after cleansing. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes, allowing the FACE MASK to soak into the skin entirely, before taking it off with lukewarm water.

For an intensive treatment, keep it on until the FACE MASK has dried and is no longer visible before rubbing it off in gentle motions.

SUPER ANTI-AGING NIGHT CREAM: Apply to the face and neck in the evening. Suitable for all skin types.

THE BETTER B NIACINAMIDE SERUM: Apply evenly in the morning and evening to the face, neck and décolleté, in gentle tapping motions.

SUPER ANTI-AGING FACE CREAM: Apply to the face, neck and décolleté as well as to the delicate skin around the eyes.

LIFTING SERUM: The product should be used as a last step in the skincare regime. Pour one pipette length of the serum into the palm of your hand and apply it over your face.

Gently pat into your skin. Please allow five minutes for the serum to fully absorb into the skin, before applying makeup.

HYALURONIC SERUM: Apply a few drops of the serum evenly to your face, eye area and neck before gently patting it in.

ANTI-AGING BODY CREAM: Massage the ANTI-AGING BODY CREAM into your skin in circular motions until it is completely absorbed.

BALANCING TONER: Appy after cleansing, it removes residue from makeup and excess oil, while regulating the skin’s delicate pH balance that can be altered even by the alkalinity of tap water.

CLARIFYING MASK: Apply generously to cleansed skin at least twice a week. After approximately 10-15 minutes, remove the mask with lukewarm water.

THE GOOD C VITAMIN C SERUM: Place one pipette length of THE GOOD C VITAMIN C SERUM into the palm of your hand and distribute over the face using gentle tapping motions.

MOLECULAR HAIR & SCALP COMB: Comb gently from roots to ends to detangle, smooth and style hair.

SUPER ANTI-AGING NECK & DÉCOLLETÉ CREAM: Apply gently in upward movements to cleansed skin on the neck and décolleté. Use morning and evening.

SUPER ANTI-AGING EYE CREAM: Gently pat into the delicate skin around the eyes. Apply in the AM and PM.

ANTI-POLLUTION DROPS: Dispense a full pipette in the palm of your hand and apply to the face, eye, and neck area using a gentle patting motion. A few drops of the serum can be mixed with your FACE CREAM or applied undiluted.

CALMING SERUM: Place one pipette length of the serum into the palm of your hand and apply onto the face, eye area and neck, gently patting it in. To reduce skin sensitivity, use regularly in the morning and/or evening.

MAKE-UP REMOVER: Shake well and apply to a cotton pad. Gently sweep across skin to remove makeup. For heavy makeup, leave on for a few seconds, then gently wipe off.

ENZYME CLEANSER: Use 2-3 times a week as part of your daily cleansing routine. Place a coin-sized amount of powder into the palm of your hand, then add lukewarm water to work it into a gentle foam

Smooth generously over your face to create a soft foam and rinse off. If you have oily or acne-prone skin, you can use the ENZYME CLEANSER every day.

CLARIFYING FACE CREAM: Use in the morning and/or evening. Apply gently to your face, neck and décolleté as well as the delicate area around the eyes after cleansing.

SUPER ANTI-AGING HAND CREAM: Apply as needed, for healthy, hydrated skin. For hands that are extremely dry, the cream can be used as a nourishing hand mask once or twice a week.

GLOW DROPS: Place one pipette length into the palm of your hand and apply over the face, eye area and neck, gently patting it in. Apply after your moisturizer for a lit-from-within glow, over makeup, or combine with your preferred skincare product.

I had a great experience

I had a great experience with the products by Dr. Sturm (cleanser, toner and sun drops), so I decided to order this calendar because of its various options to try.
