CLEANSE & TONE
CLEANSE
Dr. Sturm has four variations of cleansing formulations; foam, balm, powder and cream and each has a different application method. For foam cleansers such as CLEANSER and DARKER SKIN TONES CLEANSER, pump a little foam into your hand and smooth over the face using circular movements before rinsing off thoroughly with lukewarm water. For the ENZYME CLEANSER, which has a powder-based formulation, place a coin-sized amount into the palm of your hand, add lukewarm water to work into a gentle foam and smooth generously over the skin to create a soft foam. Then rinse thoroughly. For the SUPER ANTI-AGING CLEANSING CREAM and MICROBIOTIC GENTLE CLEANSING BALM, apply a hazelnut-sized amount to dry skin, massaging gently, then add lukewarm water until a milky emulsion forms. Rinse thoroughly.
TONE
Dr. Sturm’s BALANCING TONER should be applied after removing make-up with Dr. Sturm's MAKE-UP REMOVER, and cleansing with one of Dr. Sturm's cleansers. The BALANCING TONER contains ingredients that help balance the skin's delicate pH and remove any remaining oil and impurities. This ensures the skin is scrupulously clean and ready to take on the active ingredients in the toner, serums and face creams. Simply pour a little of the toner onto a cotton wool pad and gently wipe it over the face, neck and décolleté.

EXFOLIATE & MASK
EXFOLIATE
Dr. Sturm has two exfoliators in her Molecular Cosmetics Collection; ENZYME CLEANSER (which is a 2-in-1 cleanser and exfoliator that’s ideal for oily and combination skin), and the FACIAL SCRUB. The ENZYME CLEANSER should be applied by placing a coin-sized amount into the palm of your hand, adding lukewarm water to work into a gentle foam and smoothing generously over the skin to create a soft foam. Afterwards, rinse thoroughly with water. The FACIAL SCRUB, which is an ideal option if your skin is dry or more mature, should be applied onto the face, neck and décolleté in circular movements. Afterwards, rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water. Apply once or twice a week, after cleansing.
MASK
The FACE MASK and CLARIFYING MASK can both be applied at least two or three times a week after cleansing, using the mini brush. Leave either mask on for 10-15 minutes, allowing to soak into the skin entirely, before removing off with lukewarm water.
For an intensive treatment, keep the FACE MASK on the skin until it has dried and is no longer visible before rubbing it off in gentle motions.

Dr. Sturm’s serums are formulated with either Hyaluronic Acid bases, which look clear or oil-in-water, lipid bases which have a milky appearance. Both should be applied in a specific order to reap the full benefits of each serum in your skincare routine – and require one pipette per application. Hyaluronic Acid-based serums should be applied directly after cleansing and drying your face and as the first step before any other serum or cream. The only exception is the ANTI-POLLUTION DROPS, which create a shield over the skin and can also be applied throughout the day, over the rest of your skincare or even over make-up.
Lipid-based serums should be used after cleansing and after applying your Hyaluronic Acid-based serums (if you are using two or more serums) and can all be applied before your eye cream and face cream or mixed into your moisturizer.

TREAT & MOISTURIZE
TREATMENT
The EYE CREAM and SUPER ANTI-AGING EYE CREAM should be applied after cleansing, simply by gently patting into the delicate skin around the eyes. They can be used both in the AM and PM. Dr. Sturm’s eye serum formulations, the SUPER ANTI-AGING EYE SERUM and the EXOSO-METIC EYE SERUM should also be used daily, AM and PM after cleansing. Dispense one to two drops onto the ring finger and gently pat around the eyes. Follow with a Dr. Sturm eye cream and face cream to lock in hydration.
MOISTURIZE
All of Dr. Sturm’s face creams and lotions should be applied in the same way; after cleansing the skin, apply gently to the face, neck and décolleté as well as to delicate skin around the eyes. Use AM and PM for the best results.

PROTECT / PERFECT
PROTECT
Dr. Sturm’s finishing serums also fall in to the Hyaluronic or lipid-based categories but are differentiated by the fact that they are intended to be used as the last step in your routine. They include the LIFTING SERUM, GLOW DROPS and SUN DROPS SPF50/SPF30. The LIFTING SERUM is best used on its own as a last step to your skincare routine and before make-up. GLOW DROPS can be applied at the end of your routine, after make-up or combined with your foundation to give an extra glow effect. SUN DROPS SPF50 should be used alone for maximum effect but can also be combined with the FACE CREAM - however, this can dilute the sun protecting effects of the formula.
PERFECT
Dr. Sturm’s STURM INSIDE supplements can be taken all together or individually. Take two capsules a day with a glass of water at mealtimes, preferably in the morning or during the day.
If you are using the GOOD NIGHT supplement, take two capsules a day with water 45 minutes to an hour before you go to bed.
