DOCTOR'S NOTES

Brightening Routine

Skin that is experiencing unevenness, discoloration and pigmentation needs gradual but gentle treatment with products that are non-aggressive. This routine uses ingredients that gradually fade dark spots while calming irritation and boosting radiance.

Step 1

Shake well before use. Moisten your hands then apply two pumps of the foam into the palm of your hand and smooth it over your face in circular movements. Rinse off thoroughly with warm water.

Step 2

Use 2-3 times a week to supplement your regular daily cleansing routine with DARKER SKIN TONES FOAM CLEANSER. Pour the powder into the palm of your hand and add a little warm water to create a gentle foam. Smooth generously over your face and add more water to lather, then rinse it off with plenty of water. Suitable as a daily cleanser for oily skin.

Step 3

Dispense a full pipette in the palm of your hand and apply it all over your face gently patting it in. After the serum has been absorbed, apply the BRIGHTENING SERUM. Suitable for all skin types.

Step 4

Pour one pipette length of the serum into the palm of your hand and apply it over your face. Gently pat into your skin. Follow with your moisturizer. Note: In the morning, also use a cream with SPF protection such as Dr. Barbara Sturm's SUN DROPS SPF 50, to help prevent the formation of dark spots. Be careful not overexpose yourself to the sun’s damaging rays.

Step 5

Apply in the morning and evening, patting gently onto the face and neck. Note: In the morning, also use a cream with SPF protection such as Dr. Barbara Sturm's SUN DROPS SPF 50, to help prevent the formation of dark spots.

Step 6

Apply SUN DROPS SPF 50 liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapply as directed. Avoid the midday sun and reapply frequently to maintain sun protection as directed, especially after perspiring, swimming or drying off with a towel. Do not overexpose yourself to the sun, even if you’re using SUN DROPS SPF 50.

Step 7

Take two capsules daily with water. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
