Are the products fragranced?
No.
My hair falls out a lot after washing, will any of these products help?
If the hair falls out more than usual, especially after shampooing, this is often due to the mechanical stress that occurs during this process. In this case, the anchoring of the hair plays a very important role. All of our products will support healthy hair growth, but if the hair loss is extreme, we would recommend our ANTI-HAIR FALL COLLECTION.
Which vitamins/ supplements are best to take for healthy hair alongside the Collections?
We recommend SKIN SUPER ANTI-AGING as a supplement to support healthy hair growth.
My hair is so dry at the ends, will the REPAIR HAIR MASK help?
Yes.
Do any of the products help restore hair shine?
Yes, all of the products add shine, especially the care products (HYDRATING CONDITIONER and the REPAIR HAIR MASK). We would also recommend the SUPER ANTI-AGING SHAMPOO to boost shine in dull, lacklustre hair.
Can the ANTI-HAIR FALL line help with male balding / male pattern baldness / hormonal / menopausal hair loss / stress-related hair loss?
Hair loss can have many different causes and can also be genetically determined. Studies of the ingredients in the ANTI-HAIR FALL line have shown amazing results on both men and women - however, hormonal / genetical hair loss will require consultation with a trichologist or your GP.
Can I use the products every day?
Yes.
Can I mix the products from the collections?
Principally yes, but if you want to address a special concern you should pick the serum that best addresses this concern.
Are the products sulphate-free? What is the surfactant?
Yes, they are sulphate-free. We use Sodium Lauryl Sarcosinate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine and Lauryl Glucoside.
Are there any clinical testing trials for the hair fall range? What results should people expect?
Yes, there are promising studies on their active ingredients and we are in the process of substantiating our products with studies. When using the Shampoo and Serum in combination, first results may be visible after one month, but more noticeable after three months.
Can these products be used on all hair types from fine to course?
Yes.
Are the products color-safe?
Yes.
Are the products vegan?
Yes.
Are the products pregnancy-safe?
All of our products are designed to be safe for use during pregnancy. But as always, we ask that you consult your GP in case of pregnancy (especially if allergies, intolerances etc. are known).
Do the products contain any parabens or silicones?
No.
Who can benefit from the SUPER ANTI-AGING SCALP SERUM?
Since the Serum addresses many common aggressors such as oxidative stress, pollution etc. that are not specific to any age, the Serum can be used at any age and is a great prevention and protection tool.
Can you apply the Scalp Serums to dry and wet hair?
They can be used when the hair is wet or dry. Excess residue can simply be brushed out.
Do you have to use the whole product line to see results?
The Shampoos should be used in conjunction with the Scalp Serums to see stronger, more effective results but it is not a must.
Can children use the Molecular Hair & Scalp products?
They can be used by children or teenagers – however, our BABY & KIDS Collection is made with gentle ingredients and formulations created especially for children, so we would recommend the Shampoo in that line for children’s hair.
Can you leave the REPAIR MASK on overnight?
Yes.
Which line is good for colored hair / afro hair / curly hair / straight hair?
Colored: all products

Straight hair: all products, though for fine hair we recommend the BALANCING or ANTI-HAIR FALL COLLECTION.

Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes.
How often should the REPAIR HAIR MASK be used?
Generally, the Mask can be used daily, however, it really does depend on how damaged and demanding the hair is. For really thick hair, we recommend using the Mask instead of the Conditioner to provide even very thick hair with the best possible care.
How often should the Scalp Serums be used?
The Scalp Serums should be used after every shampoo to intensify the effect. However, the BALANCING SCALP SERUM, should be used according to the needs and condition of the scalp. It can also be used in-between shampoos.
Is the HYDRATING CONDITIONER good for all hair types?
Yes, though some who do not chemically treat their hair may find the Conditioner is not necessary.
Is the Shampoo tear-free?
Yes.
Do any of the products add volume to the hair?
Generally all of the products in the Collection add volume to the hair, but stronger effects can be achieved with the ANTI-HAIR FALL and SUPER ANTI-AGING Collections.
Which order do you use the products in?
Start with the Shampoo and follow with the Conditioner and / or REPAIR HAIR MASK. Finish with the individual Scalp Serum.
How long will it be until I see results?
Hair will look shinier, healthier and softer after 1-3 applications. With the ANTI-HAIR FALL Collection, results can be seen after one month of regular use.
Can the Scalp Serums be used in your eyebrows, eyelashes or beard?
They can be used on your eyebrows and beard. Please avoid applying the Serums near the eyes.
Does the MOLECULAR HAIR & SCALP COLLECTION help alopecia?
Yes, the ANTI-HAIR FALL SCALP SERUM can help, but the results will vary on the individual and will depend on the form of alopecia.
