WHY DID YOU REFORMULATE THE SUPPLEMENTS COLLECTION?
We wanted to revise the products in order to make them even better in terms of their respective benefits and to simply have even more of these effective substances in the products.
ARE THE NEW FORMULAS MORE EFFICACIOUS?
Yes.
ARE THE NEW FORMULAS VEGAN?
Yes.
ARE THE NEW FORMULAS GLUTEN-FREE?
Yes.
ARE THE NEW FORMULAS SAFE TO TAKE WHILST PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?
All of our products are designed to be safe for use during pregnancy. But as always, please consult your doctor before taking any supplements, especially if you suffer from any allergies or intolerances.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE THE FIRST RESULTS?
This depends very much on the product. With GOOD NIGHT, you will see results the next day. With SKIN PROTECTION, you will see results in the longer term as they work preventively to avoid damage. With SKIN RECOVERY, you will see results within two months and with SKIN SUPER ANTI-AGING, your skin will look fresher, brighter and firmer after two weeks. If you are taking SKIN ANTI-PIGMENTATION, results will be visible from three to four weeks and intensify in the months to follow.
CAN I STILL SEE RESULTS IF I ONLY TAKE ONE CAPSULE PER DAY?
Yes, but they won’t be as intensive.
CAN ALL DR. STURM SUPPLEMENTS BE COMBINED?
Yes. However, we recommend taking all products except GOOD NIGHT (which should be taken 45 minutes before bedtime) in conjunction with a meal.
CAN THE SUPPLEMENTS BE TAKEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH?
We do not recommend taking the products on an empty stomach. The body cannot properly absorb some of the active ingredients contained and then simply excretes them again. Some people tend to feel nauseous when taking supplements such as Zinc or similar on an empty stomach.
CAN THE SUPPLEMENTS BE COMBINED WITH SUPPLEMENTS FROM OTHER BRANDS?
Yes.
WHAT IS THE PACKAGING MADE FROM?
The material is made from wood and plant-based binders. The pigments are of chemical nature. The dosage of the colour is 1%, which is very low and approved by the composting standards EN 13432 or ISO 17088.
