OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2025 Dr. Barbara Sturm Creative Casting Campaign
ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZER
Barbara Sturm Molecular Cosmetics GmbH, with registered office at Konigsallee 24, 40212 Dusseldorf, Germany, the holder of tax ID number DE250492672 (the “Organizer”), is organizing from [01.03.2025] until [31.04.2025], both inclusive, a campaign activation named “2025 Dr. Barbara Sturm Creative Casting Campaign” (the “Casting Campaign”).
ARTICLE 2 - PURPOSE
These terms and conditions regulate the participation process for selecting a creative collaborator ("Participant") for an advertising campaign organized by the Organizer. The purpose of this selection is to choose a creative collaborator who, if selected, will participate in the development of a brand campaign alongside the Organizer’s creative team. Joining the Casting Campaign implies that the participant fully accepts the terms and conditions set forth in these regulations (the “Regulations”). Anyone breaching any articles of these Regulations will be prevented from participating in the Casting Campaign and will also become ineligible for any compensation obtained, as the case may be.
The Regulations can be consulted on the website www.eu.drsturm.com (the “Website”) while the Casting Campaign is in force.
ARTICLE 3 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Eligibility:
Participation in the Casting Campaign is open to any individual who meets the following requirements:
Be of legal age in their country of residence.

Have experience in the creative advertising, design, or related fields.

Submit the required application materials within the specified deadline.
It is excluded to any employee of the Organizer, or of PUIG companies’ group, and any person who directly or indirectly has participated in the design, execution and/or management of the Casting Campaign, as well as members of their immediate family (ascendant, descendant and collateral).
Participants not providing all requested data or inaccurate, false and/or incomplete data, as well as those failing to meet the conditions stated in these Regulations, will not be admitted.
The participant bears all the connection fees incurred by his/her participation to the Casting Campaign. No reimbursement will be made by the Organizer.
Application Process:
The selection process will take place between March 2025 and April 2025 at the latest. Participants must submit their application, including:
• Portfolio or relevant work samples.
• A brief proposal or concept for the advertising campaign.
• Contact details and professional background.
Applications must be submitted via Typeform at www.drsturm.com/creative-casting-campaign-2025 by 10.03.2025 at 9AM GMT. Each participant can submit its portfolio 1 time during the entire Casting Campaign.
Selection Criteria:
The Organizer will evaluate applications based on the following criteria:
• Creativity and originality.
• Relevance to the campaign objectives.
• Technical and artistic quality.
• Feasibility of execution.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not comply with these terms.
The Organizer will select one or more Participants and will communicate the next steps to the chosen individuals. No communication will be sent to those who have not been selected.
If a Participant is selected, they will enter the second phase of the project, which involves developing the campaign alongside the Organizer’s creative team. This collaboration, including the transfer of intellectual property rights derived from the work, will be formalized through a commercial contract negotiated between the Organizer and the Participant.
Intellectual Property:

Participants must ensure that their submitted work is original and does not infringe on third-party rights.

Submission of work does not transfer any rights to the Organizer unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

The selected Participant will grant the Organizer the necessary rights to use the final work for the campaign.

Participants do not transfer any rights over their portfolio or submitted materials during this phase of the selection process.

Participants must ensure that their submitted work is original and does not infringe on third-party rights.

The selected collaborator will grant the Organizer the necessary rights to use the final work for the campaign.
ARTICLE 4 - COMPENSATION
Participation in the Casting Campaign process does not imply any payment unless explicitly stated. The selected participant/s will receive a compensation agreed upon in a separate contract. In no case shall there be an employment relationship between the Organizer and the Participant/s.
The selected participant/s will be contacted by the Organizer by e-mail. No email will be sent to the non-selected participant.
The selected participant will have a term of ten (10) calendar days after the notification of the Organizer to confirm his/her acceptance
The selected participant will have to evidence that is older than 18 years old (when required) or of legal age (as per the corresponding territory) by providing a copy of his/her National Identity Card or passport in force should the Organizer requests it. If he/she is under 18 years old, his/her participation in the Casting Campaign shall be automatically void.
ARTICLE 5 - CONFIDENTIALITY
Participants agree to keep any confidential information related to the Casting Campaign strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.
ARTICLE 6 - LIABILITY
The Organizer is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from participation in this process. Participants assume all risks associated with their submission.
ARTICLE 7 – DATA PROTECTION
The Organizer will collect and process personal data provided by Participants in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union and any other applicable data protection laws.
Personal data will only be used for the purpose of evaluating and managing the selection process and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except when required by law.
Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and request data portability by contacting [email protected].
If a Participant believes their data protection rights have been violated, they have the right to file a complaint with the relevant Data Protection Authority.
The Organizer will implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this document, in compliance with legal obligations and data retention policies.
ARTICLE 8 - NO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP
Participation in this Casting Campaign does not constitute an employment relationship between the Organizer and the Participant.
The Participant shall act as an independent collaborator and will not be entitled to employment benefits, social security, or any other rights associated with an employer-employee relationship.
ARTICLE 9 - MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms or cancel the selection process at any time without prior notice.
The liability of the Organizer cannot be incurred in the light of the above and the participants cannot claim any compensation or compensation of any kind whatsoever.
ARTICLE 10 - CLAIMS AND APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this process shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
